As a licensed Pest Control Technician, you will perform thorough inspections and treatments of customer homes, prepare proposals and presentations based on inspections, and provide outstanding customer service. You will educate both current and new customers on quality pest control services, while following all company protocols and treatment processes.

Job Requirements

• A valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record is required for job-related travel and operating company vehicles.
• Must have a Branch II or Applicator's license.
• Safely perform skilled work in the preparation and application of chemical solutions for pest control.
• Good attendance and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills—both oral and written.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports in a timely and precise manner.
• Safely operate tools and equipment related to work assignments.
• Ability to read and comprehend rules, laws, regulations, and specialized materials (e.g., technical manuals, written instructions, and mixing formulas).
• Follow safety procedures and best practices to ensure a safe work environment.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, co-workers, and others during the course of work.

Physical Requirements

• Access to crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and stand for long periods of time.
• Safely climb ladders, and lift, push, pull, and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to use finger and foot dexterity and hand strength to operate and grasp tools and equipment.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including an OSHA-compliant respirator, as needed.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.

We are seeking a Pest Control Service Manager to join our team in Sacramento. Qualified candidates must have industry experience, possess Branch 2 or 3 license, experience leading a team, be customer service oriented with strong communication skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of pest control experience
• Management experience required
• Branch 2 and Branch 3 licenses required
• Responsible for managing 10 team members per office
• Staff Training & Development: Identify training needs, develop programs, and provide ongoing coaching to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Financial Management: Assist in budgeting, expense control, and revenue growth by analyzing financial reports and implementing cost-saving measures.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, address concerns, resolve escalations, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Operational Management: Oversee daily branch activities, including scheduling, dispatching technicians, managing work orders, and ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Leadership & Supervision: Support the branch manager by mentoring and coaching technicians and support staff to drive performance and customer satisfaction.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high service standards through regular inspections, performance monitoring, and corrective actions as needed.
